Strength training is at the heart of what we do! We want you to achieve a full rounded workout at BFT. You will start progressing in power movements, translating into elevated functional strength.

STRENGTH

Strength is the true foundation class for all of our BFT programs! Not only do these classes build overall strength through our compound lifts, but they are also designed to build lean muscle that will decrease your chance of injuries. You will be able to increase the amount of weight you are lifting as you learn to move and lift with proper form.
